I spent a while on this one.  XDD  okay, so I'm just gonna put her stats in this deviation for anyone who wanted to know, kay? *^_^*

Personality:  Inquisitive yet hesitant.  She wants to know about the world around her, yet is scared to take part.  She's fairly innocent and doesn't like to fight a whole lot.  Weapons scare her.


History:  She's a settler in the Americas with her mother.  Her father died during the voyage, but the left a lot of money and land to his widowed wife and orphaned child.  This girl is no stranger to hard work and does her best to help her mother and their servants till the land.  Once, while on an errand for her mother, Mia came across a slave auction.  She was too scared to speak up, but cried heavily when one of the men--an older guy--tried running away and was whipped for it.  She's hated whips ever since.

Still, she worked hard with her mother and did her best to treat everyone fairly.  Her innocence was activated when a woman tried to call back her best friend from the grave.  It was a random woman in town, and many thought she was going mad until she attacked everyone.  Mia's innocence activated without her consent and she lived in fear of it for about six months.  That was when Lenalee was finally sent there to assess the damage.  Lenalee found Mia and told her she would be able to help with the innocence if she wanted to come with her.

Thus, Mia, at age eight and a half, left America with Lenalee to go to the dark order.  She continually writes to her mother, who was safe in the Americas when she left.


Powers and Abilities:  When her sync rate spikes, the braid down Mia's forhead turns into a braided whip.  When she gets over her fear of it, she can use this weapon as a close range or long rage weapon.  Mia will not be using this for a while.

The second stage of Mia's innocence is unknown at this point.   She will need to raise her sync level.



Other:  Mia scares easy, but when she understands something, she is an asset.  Her innocence scares her for the longest time and that fear does not subside until she finally meets Allen.
