Yeah, this is Mia.  I might eventually make a full out ref sheet for her, but everything's super tentative right now.  She doesn't even have a last name yet.  She's got a basic personality and innocence.  She's not anywhere close to safely synched, so that's why Lenalee looks after her.  Komoui sent her on a mission with Kanda, whom he believed was one of the best people to protect her.  He obviously did not factor in personalities.    By the end of that mission, Mia has a new ribbon and Kanda finally tells her that he is not her sensei.  Thus, Kanda-katana.  XDDD
